Hi, I’m Madison — a woman who’s built million-dollar businesses, raised three incredible kids, married for over a decade, and navigated all the messy, beautiful, transformative parts of life in between.
I’ve sold companies, started over, cried in the car, crushed big goals, and sat in stillness wondering “what now?”
This space, and the work I do, was born from experience — not just strategy.

I cry during sunrise hikes and thrive on cold plunges and big challenges.
I believe laughter and leadership can (and should) go hand in hand.
My favorite flex? Watching women remember their power.

my journey,

A timeline of grit, growth, and going all in.
Fell in love with my now-husband. Didn’t know it yet, but we’d become the kind of couple that grows with life, not around it. I was also blessed with my soon to be bonus daughter.
2013
launched my first business
No investors. No business degree. Just a clear vision, a fire in my belly, and a refusal to settle.
Opened His + Hers Waxing out of pure passion and grit.

Became the go-to waxing salon in town. Learned what it means to build a team, lead women, and stay rooted in purpose while scaling profit.
2014
Grew past 6 figures
→
Gave birth to two babies. One in 2017 and one in 2020 (pandemic baby, says it all.)
This chapter initiated me into the wild, beautiful art of motherhood — where love is unconditional, the lessons are endless, and the hard things are done daily (with heart and hustle).
2017-2020
Became a Mama (x3)
→
The business of birth spoke to me on so many levels and I saw how women were so underserved. Opened a massage clinic specializing in all things mama along with becoming a doula myself.
2018
Really scratched the entrepreneurial itch with business #2

Women started coming to me for advice—business, mindset, balance.
I realized I wasn’t just a service provider… I was a mentor. And I loved it. I say I’ve been doing this since the first body on my esthetics table but it become ‘official” in 2021 with my Life Coaching Certification.
2019
Discovered the coaching industry
→
Like many of us, I got cracked open.
Took a deep look at what mattered. Started doing more coaching, more retreats, and more inner work. The call to support women full-time got louder.
2020
Pandemic + pivot
→
Breathwork. Breakthroughs. Waterfalls.
I watched women soften, release, and rise together—and I knew this was part of my soul work.
2023
Hosted my first women’s event
→
Walked away from a multi-million dollar company I built from the ground up.
Why? Because I trusted the next version of me was waiting on the other side
