No prior experience is needed. Everything is guided, trauma-informed, and paced to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first breathwork session or your hundredth, you are welcome here — as you are, in whatever season you’re in. Your body already knows the way.
Because this retreat is intimate and deeply held (we welcome only 13 women), I want to ensure the space is energetically aligned and supportive for everyone who enters.
